Listed by the National Trust, Ardsilla is one of Bourke’s few surviving examples of Victorian architecture and has been lovingly restored to preserve the original character of the home.

Ardsilla is furnished in antiques and country style throughout and offers three luxurious guest rooms all with French doors leading onto beautiful sunny verandahs.  In the evenings, guests can enjoy their own private lounge and settle back with complimentary port and chocolates, read books and magazines in comfort, or relax while they watch TV or a DVD. In the cooler months, guest can enjoy the warmth of an open fire.

Each morning guests start the day with their choice of cereal, home-baked bread, orange juice, fresh fruit and yogurt, followed by a home-cooked hot breakfast of bacon, sausages, eggs, tomato, mushrooms, and a hash brown. Guests can also choose from a selection of quality teas and plunger coffee.

Dinner, wine, cheese boards and packed lunches are available by arrangement.
